What does therapy entail? Therapy is a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings without the threat of judgment, disapproval or shame. Everyone deserves to be heard and have support. Sometimes as much as they try, family and friends cannot provide this adequately and often we don’t want to burden them.
Therapy and the therapist/client relationship is all about healing our minds and souls. Often we only focus on the physical and neglect the hurt inside of us. Allow yourself to feel nurtured from within.
